Swedish Death Cleaning is primarily for those sixty-five or older, but anyone can participate in this process.

The idea is to sort through all of one’s belongings and decide what to keep, donate, part with, or pass on to friends and family.

When one intentionally completes this process, the burden of one’s belonging’s are already delineated prior to one’s passing. A plan is in place, and it is one that the owner took great consideration of and heartfelt guidance toward.

This way, friends and family are able to grieve and celebrate one’s memory versus being bogged down by having to decide what to do with all of the stuff left behind.
